We usually ships in 1-3 days and after shipping we will email and text to our customers with tracking id and courier name.

Return Policy

The heyon products has a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all users who have purchased a product on the Marketplace to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. In case you are not available at delivery to check the quality of the product(s), you may raise a complaint within 24-48 hours of delivery. To pass feedback to the merchants by email us to our email id to improve the services, it is mandatory to share the images of the items which you were dis-satisfied with. The company may take the returned product and replace with a new one. In case the products received do not match the order placed, we will replace the order with the correct products.

No refunds would be entertained for such items and an extra 50 rupees will be charged as delivery charges for re-shipping if first delivery fails and product returned to us.

Cancellation:
No cancellations accepted from the side of consumers.

Refunds:
No refund policy, we will only replace the packets if there is some manufacturing defect.
